What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit & Debit Cards on the website: We accept all major credit & debit cards worldwide on our website. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties Paypal: You can use your paypal account to pay for your order. This is a secure service which gives you, the customer, full protection against fraud. The payment is instant, and your order will begin to be processed straight away.

Our mouldings come in unfinished white ready for you to paint, stain or wax. We do also have a wide range of colour finishes. If you can’t see what you would like, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you with the colours you need to complete your project. PLEASE NOTE! If you chose purchase your Chic Mouldings in any other colour than unfinished white, this is a custom order, and cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you post worldwide?
Yes! We are sending parcels to the four corners of the earth 🙂 **PLEASE NOTE** We are NOT able to post to PO Boxes. Our courier company will not allow us to do this. Please supply us with an alternate address for delivery. Thanks.

How long will my item take to arrive?
Your Chic Mouldings will be made to order. Items are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of order being placed. If you are in the UK, please allow up to a week to arrive. If you are outside of the UK, please allow a little longer for items to arrive. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries.
I need my item urgently, can you help?
If you are in the UK, Yes! Drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know how we can help you. We may not always be able to provide a next day delivery, but will be happy to get your order prioritised for you.
My item hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Please allow at least a week for your item to arrive (Longer outside the UK) If your item still hasn’t arrived, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Some FAQ’s about your Mouldings
Can I bend my mouldings?
Yes! But wait! Please don’t try bending them straight out of the packet, they will snap. But, add a little warmth, and you can bend away. Making sure you are in a well ventilated area, use a hairdryer or heat gun to slowly and carefully heat your mouldings. Then, very carefully, start easing your mouldings into it’s desired shape. Once you have the shape you want, Hold into place while it cools down & sets, or tape into place with some masking tape. Mind your fingers though, It gets hot!
How do I fix my mouldings?
You can use any strong glue to fix your mouldings. Superglue, No nails, Mitre Mate or a glue gun! You can also use PVA, but you will need to hold in place with tape until the glue has thoroughly dried. We use a 2 part epoxy glue which is is a very strong adhesive, but make sure you rough up both surfaces to give the glue something to grip to.
Can I paint my Mouldings?
Yes! We do sell our mouldings in a range of 10 colours, but our white unfinished range can be painted, waxed or stained. You can use any type of paint on these, even spray paints! If you are looking to give your project the vintage look, I would suggest you purchase in the Brown colour which you can then paint, and when dry, gently distress to allow some of the brown to peep through. A lovely vintage, time worn feel!
Can I use my Mouldings outside?
Of course. I would suggest using either a weather proof paint, or a coat of varnish to protect them from the rain.

Returns / Refunds / Cancellation Policy
My item has arrived broken, what should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will be happy to discuss a solution.
I have changed my mind & want to cancel my order.
Please get in touch ASAP if you want to cancel your order. If your item hasn’t been sent, I am happy to cancel your order & refund your payment.
I wish to return my items, What should I do?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss. If you have changed your mind and would like to return them, please send them back in their original condition. We will be happy to refund the purchase price, excluding the postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We do make most items to order as it would be impossible to hold all of our designs in stock.In light of this, when orders are placed, please check measurements & read descriptions carefully. If your items have been specifically made to order for you, we will be unable to accept these back. Similarly, if you have placed an order, then changed your mind & wish to return them, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. PLEASE NOTE! If you chose purchase your Chic Mouldings in any other colour than unfinished white, this is a custom order, and cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept items back after 21 days. If you do wish to send back after this time, we will need to deduct the postage costs incurred by us, and a 20% restocking/admin fee.
